How to schedule a pickup
You'll need a Canada Post Solutions for Small BusinessTM account to use our pickup services.

Use this tool to check if pickups are available at your address.

Determine whether you need to schedule a one-time pickup or recurring daily or weekly pickups.

For One-Time On-Demand pickups Sign in to Snap Ship, create your shipping label and select the flat-fee pickup option at checkout. You can also request pickups through the Request a pickup tool. You’ll be asked to sign in to your account.
For Recurring (Scheduled) pickups Select the Request a pickup tool. You'll be asked to sign in to your account. Select a time (daily or weekly) for your Recurring Scheduled pickups. -
We'll pick up your shipment. We can pick up packages at your business address or at another authorized address or third-party location.
