One-Time On-Demand pickups

Use this service to request a pickup whenever you need one. Book in advance or get same-day service, subject to daily cut-off times. Ideal for small businesses seeking flexibility during peak shipping periods.

Recurring (Scheduled) pickups

If your business has 2 or more pickups per week and spends at least $2,500 per year on shipping, you can have us pick up your shipments at the same time every day or week. Pickups can be paused or rescheduled at your convenience.

How to schedule a pickup

You'll need a Canada Post Solutions for Small BusinessTM account to use our pickup services.

  1. Use this tool to check if pickups are available at your address.
  2. Determine whether you need to schedule a one-time pickup or recurring daily or weekly pickups.
  3. For One-Time On-Demand pickups Sign in to Snap Ship, create your shipping label and select the flat-fee pickup option at checkout. You can also request pickups through the Request a pickup tool. You’ll be asked to sign in to your account.

    For Recurring (Scheduled) pickups Select the Request a pickup tool. You'll be asked to sign in to your account. Select a time (daily or weekly) for your Recurring Scheduled pickups.
  4. We'll pick up your shipment. We can pick up packages at your business address or at another authorized address or third-party location.

Pricing

One-Time On-Demand pickups

  • $3.50 flat rate per pickup (unlimited number of packages)
  • Free for packages shipped with Priority™ shipping services

Recurring (Scheduled) pickups

  • $7.50 fee/week when you spend $2,500–$14,999 on shipping
  • Free when you spend $15,000+/year
