What is Canada Post’s Accessibility Plan?

The Accessibility Plan is required by the Accessible Canada Act. It is a multi-year plan that identifies existing barriers, our achievements so far and the actions Canada Post will take to identify, remove and prevent barriers in 6 focused areas:
  • Employment

  • The built environment

  • Information and communication technologies

  • Communication

  • The procurement of goods, services and facilities

  • The design and delivery of programs and services
