Carrie joined the Accessibility Advisory Panel as Chair in 2023. She has a key leadership role in Canada Post’s ESG strategic vision to deliver sustainable and responsible growth and value. This includes championing accessibility across the company and integrating an accessibility lens within the broader corporate Transformation Plan and ESG Strategy.
Canada Post is committed to playing a leading role on the environment and key social issues facing the country, including accessibility. In her role, Carrie is critical in supporting the company’s objective to elevate the impact of ESG and integrate it into all areas of the business. This effort builds ESG value-based principles into planning, decision making and execution across the Corporation, and ensures that accessibility is factored into all programs and services at the outset.
Carrie oversees Canada Post’s Accessibility team as part of the Corporate Sustainability ESG team, as well as the Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team.
Since joining Canada Post in 2006, Carrie has held a variety of progressively more responsible positions, including manager roles in Product Development, Process Design & Continuous Improvement, and End-to-End Projects with Address Management. She was also Director, Digital Integration; General Manager, Integration and Planning; and, most recently, Executive Chief of Staff to the President and CEO.
Carrie received her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing and International Management from the University of Ottawa.
