Closures and service interruptions

Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) members working for Treasury Board and the Canada Revenue Agency began strike action on April 19. Picket lines are expected at hundreds of locations across the country.

While Canada Post employees are not included in the strike and will continue to deliver and/or pick up the mail, our operations may be interrupted because of external picketing activity at our facilities.

Today in the Greater Saint John, N.B., area, external picketing activity at our mail processing facility at 125 Rothesay Avenue interrupted mail operations and there was no delivery today.

Picketing also took place this morning outside the facility in Dieppe, N.B. It was resolved with minimal impact to mail delivery operations.
