Important information for customers affected by flooding in Quebec communities

Floods are affecting mail and parcel delivery in certain communities. Canada Post has implemented contingency measures to serve residents of these communities and to keep them connected.
As of May 11, floods are impacting mail services to the following Quebec communities:
- Saint Alphonse Rodriguez
- Maskinonge
- Gatineau
- Mansfield (Fort Coulonge)
All mail destined for these locations, is available for pick up at the Canada Post facilities listed below until the local post offices can reopen:
Mail for Saint Alphonse Rodriguez residents is available for pick up at:
1065 rue Principale
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9 am to noon and 1 pm to 5 pm
Thursday: 9 am to noon and 2 pm to 6:30 pm
Mail for Maskinonge residents is available for pick up at:
14 Ste Marie Street
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 am to noon and 2 pm to 5:45 pm
Thursday: 8:30 am to noon and 2 pm to 6:30 pm
Mail for Gatineau residents is available for pick up at:
139 Racine Street
Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 9 pm
Mail for Mansfield (Fort Coulonge) residents is available for pick up at:
176 rue Principale
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
Thursday: 9 am to 6:30 pm
Please remember to bring valid government-issued photo identification to pick up your mail.
