Important information for customers affected by wildfires in Alberta communities

Wildfires are affecting mail and parcel delivery in certain communities. Canada Post has implemented contingency measures to serve residents of these communities and to keep them connected.
As of May 16, wildfires are impacting mail services to the following Alberta communities:
- Drayton Valley
- Fox Lake
- Fox Creek
- Rainbow Lake
- Atikameg
- Chateh
All mail destined for affected communities will be secured at another facility until the local post offices can reopen.
Mail destined for Drayton Valley is available for pick up at:
Spruce Grove Station Main
360 Saskatchewan Avenue
Open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
Mail for Fox Lake residents is available for pick up at:
Fort Vermilion Post Office
4701 50th Street
Open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Mail for Fox Creek residents is available for pick up at:
Whitecourt Post Office
4747 51st Avenue
Open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Mail for Chateh residents is available for pick up at:
High Level Post Office
9808 100 Avenue
Open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Please remember to bring valid government-issued photo identification to pick up your mail.
