Closures and service interruptions

Wildfires are affecting mail and parcel delivery in certain communities. Canada Post has implemented contingency measures to serve residents of these communities and to keep them connected.

As of June 7, wildfires are impacting mail services to the following Quebec communities:
- Lac Simon
- Lebel-sur-Quévillon
- Normétal

Mail for Normétal residents is available for pick up at:
La Sarre Post Office
77 2^nd Street East, La Sarre
Open Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5 pm

Please remember to bring valid government-issued photo identification to pick up your mail.

Customers can check the Delivery service alerts page for updates and for postal services resuming to your community.
