What happens after you sign up

  • Submit your email address and let us know the Canada Post online tools or services you have used.
  • When a study begins you may receive an email with an invitation to complete a screening survey to assess your eligibility for the particular survey. Our research team may reach out to previous study participants directly if they match the criteria for a new study.
  • We conduct a variety of different studies including focus groups, surveys and interviews.
  • Compensation is provided for completed participation in research studies and is based on study requirements and duration.
