Why is epost winding down? How will I receive my documents?
After careful assessment and consideration, Canada Post ended its epost service in December 2022. This does not impact how you access Canada Post online and you can continue to use your existing username and password for all other online Canada Post services.

Canadians’ changing needs.
Each epost mailer provided instructions on how to receive your important documents.
Banks have withdrawn from epost services as well.
