Check your compartment. You will either find your package or a key to one of the larger package compartments in the community mailbox.

If you found a key, use it to open the package compartment that matches the number on the key tag. Remove your package.

Lock the package compartment and drop the key into the outgoing mail slot of the community mailbox.
Where are larger packages delivered?
We’ll deliver larger packages directly to your home if they don’t fit in the package compartment or if a signature is required upon delivery. If nobody is home and there’s no safe place to leave your package, or if a signature is required, we’ll deliver the package to a nearby post office. We’ll leave a delivery notice card to let you know when and where you can pick up your item.
