You can order Mail Forwarding online with a Canadian credit card and valid email address. You will need a Canada Post account to purchase a service.
When buying your service online, we confirm your identity through an authentication process using your credit card information to ensure the security of your mail. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo ID and details pertaining to your credit history. The information, collected by Equifax, will only be used to confirm your identity, and does not affect your credit score.
Equifax is an independent consumer credit reporting agency used by Canada Post. At no time will Canada Post have access to your credit information or the questions asked, including the details as to why you were not able to verify your identity.
