Visit your nearest post office to rent a postal box.
What you’ll need:

Payment for the rental and key deposit
- PO box rental prices vary depending on the size of the box, duration of the rental and whether it’s in a rural, urban or urban core location.
- The key deposit is $15 plus applicable taxes for 2 keys. If a 24-hour security access key is required at your post office location, there is an additional deposit of $15.90 plus applicable taxes for 1 key. All key deposits are fully refundable when you return your keys.
You’ll need a letter of authorization if:

You would like someone else to be able to pick up your mail. Bring the letter of authorization with you when you rent your PO box (or later).

You want to rent a PO box on behalf of someone else or pick up their mail.
At the post office:

Choose your rental period (3, 6 or 12 months) and sign the postal box rental agreement that details the terms and conditions.

Receive 2 keys for your box, and a key for the postal box lobby, if applicable.

Begin receiving mail through your postal box address and pick it up when you like.
