About Print a Return Label
Print a Return Label allows you to print return shipping labels for your parcel returns. You may be asked to enter some of the information below before you can print your label.
Retrieving a Return Label
Return InformationYou may be asked to enter a return authorization number. This number will have been provided to you by the merchant. To find it, please check your packing slip, your emails from the merchant or the merchant’s website.
Other InformationYou may be asked to enter additional information such as Order Number, Serial Number, PO Number, etc. This number will have been provided to you by the merchant. To find it, please check your packing slip, your emails from the merchant or the merchant’s website.
Your Contact InformationFill in your name, address and other contact information.
Item DetailsEnter the approximate weight of the parcel you are returning in kilograms (kg) or pounds (lb.)
Email NotificationsGet parcel tracking updates by email so you can track the parcel’s return to the merchant. Select one or both of the events that will trigger an email:
- Exception: You will be notified of any unforeseen delivery interruptions.
- Delivery: You will be notified when the merchant has received your item.
Review the information you provided is correct. If you need to make any changes, select Edit. When you are ready to proceed, select Get Label.
Printing a Return Label
You will be brought to a screen indicating your label was successfully created. You will also receive an email with a copy of the return label and the tracking number. You can print the label immediately by selecting Print Label or select Email this label to send it to another email address.
