Available services

We offer 2 types of package pickup services – on-demand and recurring.

One-Time On-Demand

Call or request a pickup online when you need it. Same-day service is available, subject to daily cut-off times.

Recurring (Scheduled)

You decide the date and time for us to pick up your shipments every week. Includes free On-Demand pickups and your pickups can be paused or rescheduled at your convenience.

How to schedule a pickup

You'll need a Canada business profile to use our pickup services.

  1. Use this tool to check if pickups are available at your address. You'll also be able to view your local cut-off times for same-day service.
  2. Select the Request a pickup tool. You'll be asked to sign in to your account.
  3. Select a time (daily or weekly) for your Recurring Scheduled pickups or request a One-Time On-Demand pickup.
  4. We'll pick up your shipment. We can pick up packages at your business address or at another authorized address or third-party location.

Pricing

One-Time On-Demand pickups

  • $3.50 flat rate per pickup (unlimited number of packages)
  • Free for packages shipped with Priority™ shipping services

Recurring (Scheduled) pickups

  • $7.50 fee/week when you spend $2,500–$14,999 on shipping
  • Free when you spend $15,000+/year
