Canada Post licenses NCOA Mover Data to approved Service Bureaus only, who in turn offer professional services that enable customer address updates.
We offer a privacy-compliant database filled with millions of mover records, all provided by individuals who have consented to have their address updated for mailing purposes.

Types of data updates
NCOA Mover Data service can only be applied to data files of existing customers. There are 2 types of data updates:
- New address information for existing customers.
- One-time update of an entire mailing list with new address information.
Create a targeted Personalized MailTM campaign and our Mover Data service will flag which customers have recently moved.
How to access our NCOA Mover Data service

Review and agree to the NCOA Mover Data Terms of Use on behalf of your business. All parties must agree to the NCOA Terms of Use in order to clean up your customer data. View a preview of End User Terms of Use and Service Provider Terms of Use.
- Once the terms are accepted you will receive a Terms of Use ID that can be shared with the NCOA service provider handling your request. The NCOA provider will validate the provided ID and process your data.
