As part of your submission, you will be providing Canada Post the right to use your logo, company name and location when we announce the winners (should your company be a finalist). This announcement will include the use of your company name, location and logo on our website, on social media, in a news release and as part of our promotional efforts when announcing the finalists.
As well, you will be asked to provide a contact name so that Canada Post can request your company’s review of advertising and promotional materials referencing or using your company name, any marks or any other intellectual property of your company, outside of announcing the finalist. If you do not respond to the request within three business days, you will be deemed to have accepted the request and Canada Post will proceed to use the advertising and promotional materials referenced in the request during the term.
