International reply coupons are coupons that may be purchased in participating member countries of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). They may be sent in a letter or parcel for a recipient to exchange in any member country of the UPU.

The recipient can exchange one coupon for:

• Postage stamps
• Postal stationery or postal prepayment marks or impressions (if not prevented by the internal legislation of the country of exchange)

Postal stationery or postal prepayment marks or impressions must represent the minimum postage prepayable on an international unregistered airmail letter.
