You may notice that no mail is delivered some days, or that mail arrives at different times during the day. In general, it’s normal to only receive mail 3 to 4 days a week. Sometimes, we may need to change a delivery route. This means your mail may arrive earlier or later than you normally expect it.
As soon as mail arrives at our local delivery office, we deliver it to your address. We also monitor our mail delivery to make sure you receive quality service.
Here is what you can do
If you haven't received mail for 3 consecutive business days:

Ensure your mailbox is accessible to your mail carrier

Keep your walkway clear of snow, ice or construction debris
