If you're experiencing misdelivered mail, here's what you can do:
- If the mail reaches your address but bears the wrong recipient's name, simply mark it as 'Moved' or 'Unknown' and drop it in a mailbox. Please note that if you provide a forwarding address, extra postage is required.
- If you receive someone else’s mail, or know that someone else is receiving yours, please report the issue by opening a support ticket below.

We're legally required to deliver mail to the address on the envelope. This means you may continue receiving mail intended for a previous resident until senders update their records.
