Postage meters

To print postage for business mailings or a Canada Post Personalized Mail TM marketing campaign, rent your machine from 1 of 3 Canadian distributors:

Postal indicia

Save on postage and promote your business at the same time. You must be a member of the Canada Post Solutions for Small BusinessTM program to create and use your own postal indicia.

  1. Download an indicia template (regular or customized).
  2. Print indicia directly onto your mail items or labels.
  3. Prepare your mail order (Statement of Mailing) using EST Online.
  4. Pay by credit card.
  5. Bring the mailing and a copy of your order to a deposit location. Items with indicia can’t be sent using street letter boxes.
