To calculate the estimated delivery standard for Direct Marketing and Transaction Mail items, follow the steps below.

Use the FSA where your mailing will be deposited and the FSA where your mailing will be delivered to find the 2 associated processing facilities in our Processing facilities for Direct Marketing and Transaction Mail table.

On the Delivery standards by service - Direct Marketing and Transaction Mail page, choose the applicable service. Use the corresponding table to calculate the delivery standard with the processing facilities identified in Step 1.

Using the Neighbourhood Mail - delivery cycle table, determine the delivery cycle applicable to your mailing and add it to the delivery standard.
