I purchased Hold Mail service, but my order was rejected

Hold Mail service can be used for most residential and business addresses. However, it cannot be used if you receive mail through:

• An institution such as a hotel, rooming house, hospital or dormitory
• A shared postal address such as several businesses sharing an identical address or an employee or division of a business

If you receive mail at this type of address, please make arrangements with the building administration to have your mail held.
