    How is delivery performance calculated within Performance summary reports?

    In the Performance summary reports, delivery performance is calculated using these three steps:

    1. Intelligence 360 checks for an electronic manifest scan AND a delivered or stop the clock scan (attempted delivery) within your selected time range.
    2. If both these scans exist, then the item is included in delivery performance calculations.
    3. Then the delivered or stop the clock scan is compared against the delivery standard.
