How is delivery performance calculated within Performance summary reports?
In the Performance summary reports, delivery performance is calculated using these three steps:
- Intelligence 360 checks for an electronic manifest scan AND a delivered or stop the clock scan (attempted delivery) within your selected time range.
- If both these scans exist, then the item is included in delivery performance calculations.
- Then the delivered or stop the clock scan is compared against the delivery standard.
