Here’s how to view or print delivery confirmation online using Track:

1. Go to Track.
2. Enter your tracking number.
3. Press the Track button.
4. Select the Delivery details hyperlink to expand the information.
5. Select View delivery confirmation (Internet Explorer) or Download delivery confirmation (all other browsers) in the delivery details section. You can also select this hyperlink in the Delivery progress section in the Progress column.
6. Enter the destination postal code and complete the verification when prompted. You should now be able to view or download a PDF copy of the delivery confirmation.

Delivery confirmation is available online for 45 days after your package is delivered. If you need a hard copy of the delivery confirmation from Canada Post, contact us.

Contact us to access delivery confirmation if your package was delivered and a signature was obtained, but the delivery confirmation isn’t available online.
