Protecting your children
The protection of children’s privacy is important to us. We don’t knowingly ask for or collect personal information from children. Each year, as a part of our Santa Writing Program, we receive millions of letters addressed to Santa from children across the country. We realize that these letters contain children’s personal information which we protect. In some cases, we may need to share personal information with our trusted third-parties. For example, the Sick Kids Foundation. We share this information under strict confidentiality agreements to ensure we protect the personal information of children.
