We share personal information with postal authorities in other countries if you send mail or parcels internationally. We provide the data needed for customs and tax clearance or for security screening. This information usually includes sender and receiver name and address information as well as some specifics about the contents and value of the shipment. In these cases, the privacy laws of the applicable foreign jurisdiction will also apply to the information.

We share personal information with our customers so that we can provide services to them. For example, proof of delivery and status of delivery information for items we’ve delivered.

Sometimes we need services or help provided by third-parties. This can include technical support and maintenance or customer service call centre operations.
