Accessing your information
As a Crown Corporation, we’re subject to the federal Privacy Act. Under this Act, anyone in Canada can ask for their personal information by sending a request to our Access to Information Group.
We can help you request your personal information. If you can’t send your request to us online or by mail, please contact us at 1-866-913-2473 and we’ll help you file your request.
Where appropriate, we also entertain informal, non-written requests.
